AMMA Studio is a multi-disciplinary based practice led by Amrit Kumar and Mriga Kapadiya. Rooted in their 16 year textile journey through creating NorBlack NorWhite the work expands into installation, tapestry, image making, interweaving craft techniques, spatial design and sound.

They explore feminine dreamscapes, immigrant identities, poetry of everyday objects, the culture of sacred, life of colour and hybridity. The reinterpretation of familiar spaces and abundant nature can be imprinted deeply, opening pathways for transformation.
